Tenant Admin Home
Purpose
The starting point for anyone running an Assessor.io account: administrators, campaign managers, auditors and the people who support them.
Audience
Primary audience:
- tenant admins
Secondary audience:
- platform support staff pointing people at the right self-serve guidance
Start here
If you are setting up an account for the first time, the guides below are in the order you will need them.
- Invite members and assign roles — get your colleagues in, with the right access.
- Author and duplicate a policy — when none of the five built-in roles is the access you need.
- Create a campaign — the container for a round of assessment.
- Add people to a campaign — participants to assess, auditors to review them.
- Build an assessment template — write the questionnaire itself, and the metadata that makes it scoreable.
- Publish and preview an assessment — turn a template into something people can answer.
- Review campaign analytics and logs — see how it is going.
The account itself — creating it, linking it to a BIMei CID organisation, and granting its first administrator — is a platform-admin job done before any of this, and is documented in the restricted platform runbooks.
Content and authoring
- Build an assessment template — the SurveyJS builder, the BIMmaas properties, qualifier routing and maturity scales.
- Import and export templates as JSON — move templates between accounts, or replace one from a file.
- Translate statements and templates — enable languages and author the text.
Intake and outreach
- Run registration intake — publish an application form, review applicants, export their answers.
- Push people into CRM contacts — keep a working list of leads and follow-ups.
Results
- Reports and scorecards — run scored results, define your own, export them.
- Review answers and share feedback — the auditor's workspace, and how feedback reaches the assessee.
- Publish results to a public link — expose a campaign's results publicly, and choose how much to disclose.
Account settings
- Set a logo and a profile picture
- What language your emails go out in — how the product picks English, French or both for each recipient.
- Read the activity log and export it
Reference
- Glossary — what the words in the interface mean.
Two things worth knowing early
- Sidebar items appear based on what you can actually do. If a guide mentions a sidebar entry you cannot see, your role does not carry the permission behind it.
- Registrations is its own sidebar entry, but its URL nests under Team & Access.
It sits beside Team & Access in People & settings, and its address is
/<accountId>/dashboard/team/triage— which is why its breadcrumb starts at Team & access and links back up there. The page's own title is AI Gatekeeper Triage.
